At glow Culture Australia, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and at a reasonable cost. Please review our shipping information below.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide (or update to your region). Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., mail delays, customs, weather events).

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charge at $7.00 within Australia for orders less than $69.95

• Free shipping applies on orders over $69.95 with in Australia

• International Shipping - $30.00 on 1-3 items shipping - to provide quote for larger orders 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

We work with trusted couriers but sometimes delays or lost parcels occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@glowcultureaustralia.com. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. International Orders (if applicable)

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authority.

• Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.
